Business/Data Analyst position
Fundraising call center company seeks an energetic person to fulfill a newly created Data Mining/Business Intelligence position. You will participate in end-to-end customer analytic requirements, which will include identifying data analysis needs, processing and exploring client data, translating business requirements into analytic methods, building analytic models, developing analysis reports, and presenting reports to customers. Your duties will also include developing data quality procedures, assisting in quality assurance efforts for all fundraising projects, and automating analytic processes.
Qualifications
•Outstanding attention to detail
•Desire to search for the root cause of an issue or defect
•Excellent communication skills
•3-5 Years experience testing data warehouse/reporting solutions
•3-5 Years experience testing ETLs
•3-5 Years experience testing data structures and data integrity
•3-5 Years experience with SQL and SAS
