Paradysz Analytics is searching for an individual with analytical experience in the online and offline worlds of direct marketing to support our growing and diverse client base. This position will report to the Senior Director of Analytics and is located in Minneapolis, MN.
Responsibilities:
*Analyze campaign results to identify the proper modeling and segmentation opportunities for a wide array of client marketing initiatives.
*Collaborate with internal teams to define data requirements and work flow for each project.
*Design, develop, and implement analytical tools to improve performance or help clients expand into new customer segments or markets.
*Measure and validate performance to ensure expected value to the client.
*Communicate and interpret project results to both internal teams and the client.
*Provide analytical support to consulting engagements.
*Play key role in product research and development, particularly with opportunities to leverage online data from a customer insight standpoint.
Requirements:
*5-7 years of database marketing and statistical modeling experience using techniques such as linear and logistic regression analysis, cluster analysis, and factor analysis.
*Expert-level skills in the manipulation and analysis of complex data sets and customer databases utilizing SAS.
*Ability to take complicated statistical techniques and easily communicate the impact from a marketing and strategy standpoint.
*Strong project management skills and incredible attention to detail.
*Working knowledge of direct marketing concepts such as customer acquisition/retention/reactivation, lifetime value, web analytics, and contact management.
*Consumer analytics a necessity; business-to-business analytics a definite plus.
*Must be extremely creative, resourceful, and adaptable to support multiple initiatives in a rapidly growing environment.
