The Statistical Programmer is responsible for the development and maintenance of statistical analysis programs to support clients' drug development projects.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Implement standard and custom data listing, summary programs, graphs, and statistical figures for inclusion in NDAs
- Assist in developing report table specifications
- Validation of programs developed
- Assimilate database structures
- Contribute to project documentation
- Develop standard programming procedures
- Maintain quality assurance
- Support programming needs within i3 Statprobe.
Qualifications:
Education:
· BA or BS in computer science, statistics, mathematics, or information technology.
Experience:
· At least two years programming experience, previous experience troubleshooting and developing teams, and the ability to adhere to standards.
· Extensive knowledge of SAS and knowledge of C, C++, Pascal, or other high-level 3rd or 4th generation languages is preferable.
· Exposure to pharmaceutical industry required. Equivalent combination of education and work experience may be substituted.
