Master Data Management

You are invited to a Master Data Management for Government workshop

Please join us for a Master Data Management (MDM) for Government morning workshop on Tuesday, September 1st at the SAS training facility in Minneapolis.  Make sure to register for this early as we have limited seats for this free event and it is expected to fill up quickly.

As volumes of data multiply seemingly overnight the need for a MDM strategy becomes more and more important to government organizations.  No matter what your organization’s mission is, a MDM strategy will help you better understand and manage your vendors, constituents, benefit recipients, providers, addresses, offenders, or other items that are critical to fulfilling that mission.

At this event we will cover:

•       Why is MDM important and what does it mean to the various stakeholders across the organization
•       Building a business case for MDM
•       Data Management: Quality, Integration and MDM - key components
•       Data Profiling – how does my data look today and where are the problems
•       Data Quality - how do I clean up my data before perpetuating it in a MDM strategy
•       Monitoring – how do I monitor information within my MDM framework to keep it clean, valid and timely
•       Pulling it all together and sustaining MDM within your organization

We will also be drawing names for a number of give aways including copies of Tony Fischer’s new book –
The Data Asset:  How Smart Companies Govern Their Data For Business Success
